About Swing singer Rob Lee Thompson
Rob Lee Thompson has been involved in music all his life, from listening to his Grandma's Nat king Cole records to releasing his own EP of original songs in 2021 called "Reflection"
Recorded at Sansom studios in November 2020 the EP comprises of six songs written by Rob and Thomas Haines
On piano is Elliott Jack Sansom, double bass is Mike Green, Jay Riley provides tenor sax and Thomas Haines not only composed the music but also plays drums

Performing to an audience is what Rob is really passionate about though, whether it be singing solo to backing tracks or performing with a pianist or a 17 piece big band
Rob feels privileged to have performed at some of the most amazing venues throughout the UK and abroad, but even more privileged to have been asked to share the most special occasions with the people that book him
Swing, jazz and soul music are Rob's main influences, with Frank Sinatra, Nat king Cole and Bill Withers being his favourite artists
